Hey guys. Today I will show you how to change customize your cursor with a circle.

Step 1: Download Real World Cursor Editor. ( It is completely free ) http://download.cnet.com/RealWorld-Cursor-Editor/3000-2317_4-10550991.html

Step 2: After that go through the setup and install the program.

Step 3: Open the program and select Create.

Step 4: Click New Mouse Cursor.

Step 5: Find Make Arrow Shape and click it.

Step 6: Change the settings to whatever you would like, then click Ok.

Step 7: Find the button that says Transformation. Click on the downwards arrow to the right of it and go down to move.

Step 8: Click and hold the mouse and drag it to the center of the box.

Step 9: Go to Move and click the arrow to the right and this time go to Eclipse. Now click and hold the arrow key and drag it over the cursor. A clearish box should appear.

You can use the greenish boxes around the arrow to increase circle size.

Step 10: Now go over the the colors select box and pick your color. Once you have done that click on Flood Fill and then press on the circle around the arrow. It should now be the color you have selected.

Step 11: Go up to Image --> Transparency and set it to 30. Click Ok.

Step 12: Go back to the colors. Select white. ( Make sure Flood Fill is selected ) and then click on the inside of the arrow.

Step 13: Now change the color to Black. ( Still with Flood fill selected ) click on the boxes around the outer edge of the arrow ( around the white part ) until fully filled.

Now the arrows inside should be solid white, the outside edge should be solid black, and the circle should be faded and the color you selected.

Step 14: Now find the Cursor Hot Spot button and click it. Once selected go near the top corner of the CURSOR not the CIRCLE and click it. A small greenish box should appear by where you selected.

This decides where you click at. If you left it along the click/cursor hot spot would be at the top left side of the box. Even though you can do this it is much harder to get used to and it is annoying.

Step 15: Now go up to File --> Save As.

Step 16: Minimize RealWorld Cursor Editor and open Control Panel.

Step 17: Find Mouse and open it.

Step 18: Click on Pointers. Go down to Browse and find your cursor. (This should be to wherever you saved it at. )

Step 19: Double click the cursor file and apply the cursor. Then click Ok.

Now you should have a circle around your cursor.

If you did it right it should look something like this...
